• Device and Usage Information: phoTopics utilizes Firebase services to collect data related to device specifications and usage patterns. This includes information such as device type, operating system, performance metrics, and crash data. This data helps us enhance the app's functionality and optimize your overall user experience.
• Interaction Data: We gather data on how you interact with phoTopics, including usage frequency, features used and engagement metrics. This data, collected through Firebase services, drives our continuous improvement but remains internal and is not shared externally.
• Advertisement Data: We collect and store your device's unique advertisement ID for functional and analytics purposes. This advertisement ID is not used for selecting and displaying advertisements or to track you as a user.
• Location Data: We use Google Maps to access and display your GPS location while the app is actively in use. We use this location data strictly for enhancing the mapping functionality and do not engage in continuous monitoring or secondary processing. We do not share your location data with third parties. • Data Retention: We retain subscription-related data indefinitely for continuous service provision. User-generated content is stored only for as long as necessary on the device, until you uninstall phoTopics. User-generated content in your iCloud Drive/Google Drive and cloud storage are erased when you delete your account.

We take children’s privacy seriously and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online activities.

phoTopics does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the app or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
